Updates to HOWES Family Group
It was a bit of a rainy day today, so I have done a bit of work on the HOWES family Group after feedback on the website from Stephen HOWES who is a descendant of that family.
With information from Steve, it looks like the family moved from Kings-Ripton from nearby Buckworth in the old county of Huntingdonshire (now Cambridgeshire).
I must put the effort in to index the church records for Huntingdonshire.

HOWES Family Tree transferred from old website
Unfortunately my laptop battery is about to expire. That means that this is the last transfer of the night!

Thanks to an email from a fellow Guild of One Name Studies member researching the HOWES surname, I have now added a small family from Huntingdonshire in England.
I need to collect Parish Register entires in Huntingdonshire to take this family further back.
